Gastronomic Restaurant Details
The Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant is open every day with two seatings: 6:30-7pm and 9pm. Breakfast must be booked the day before, with seatings at 7:30 am to 9:30 am and 9:30 to 10:30 am in the restaurant, and in room service from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. A table by the river can be booked upon request.

Guests can take D38 for a short time to explore the area. The Château overlooks the 13th-century dungeon, classified as a 'Historical Monument'. The small road leads to the Medieval village in Flavigny.
