The hotel's catering is served from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening, based on a menu of two or three starters, a single course, and a dessert or ice cream. Breakfast is served daily between 8:30 and 10:00, including a continental breakfast. The service provides beverages all day. Examples from the menu include Pata Negra ham, half-cooked duck foie gras, duck breast with sweet potato and candied carrots, and roasted monkfish with bulgur and verbena sauce. Chocolate fondant and saffron ice cream are among the desserts. Red wines available include Clos Mané << Hortense >> and Domaine Vaquer << Cuvée Bernard >>. Rosé and white wines are also available.

From Perpignan intermodal station (27 km), guests can rent a car or take regional bus LIO n° 530 to the 'Boulou Néoulous Réso 66' stop. A cab or an electric shuttle are available to reach the hotel (4 km).
