The Restaurant Joséphine offers innovative cuisine using natural ingredients and herbs. Guests can select from the "Inspiration Menu," "Joséphine Menu," or à la carte options. The dining room is open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, serving regionally dishes and local wines. "Rabseppi Stebel" Winstub, a traditional Alsatian restaurant, seats 50 guests. It features wood panelling, exposed beams, and floor tiles. The bar features a blackboard with wine vintages selected by the sommelier.
