Dishes include trout from our fishpond with grilled almonds, Alsatian-style sauerkraut, and beef sirloin steak with grey pepper and mushroom sauce. Desserts feature cheese platter from our farm and homemade Alsatian style fruit tart. The restaurant provides a selection of wines and champagnes. The restaurant is open for lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 1.30 pm and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive from 7 to 8.30 pm.
Leisure and Relaxation
Guests have access to a relaxation area with a sauna and hammam. Access is free and only for guests staying at the hotel. The Parc des Ballons des Vosges offers activities such as hiking and mountain biking. The hotel has a gift shop.

Auberge du Mehrbachel is in a rural area of Saint-Amarin, below the Grand Ballon. The hotel is 70 km from Basel Mulhouse Freiburg airport. From Mulhouse main station, take TER or Tram-train+TER direction Kruth, stop Saint Amarin. The hotel is an ideal stopover for exploring the Route des Crêtes and the Alsace Wine Route.
